In 2013, Kirkland deepened our investment in the Asia-Pacific region with the opening of an office in Beijing’s Central Business District. Our team of approximately 10 experienced, hands-on deal lawyers advises Chinese and international clients on a range of complex, cross-border M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions involving China.
