Enterprise app guide

Trust the app after install.

If the app cannot open right away, finish the iOS trust step below. This is required for enterprise signed apps installed outside the App Store.

Install first

Tap Install App and wait until the Heart Link icon appears on your Home Screen.

Open Settings

Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.

Trust the profile

Tap the developer profile under Enterprise App, choose Trust, then confirm.

Open Heart Link

Return to the Home Screen and open Heart Link again.

Use Safari to open this page. Delete the old app before installing a new version. If the install button has no response, try the backup link.
